'WALY SAMAR' AN IRAQI BIOTERRORIST ON U.S. SOIL?
As it stands, the FBI investigation into the Anthrax mailings has focused on the idea that the bioterrorism was an act of a lone, domestic terrorist and is not related to September 11th. I believe the truth, however, is that the Anthrax mailings, and most likely the 9-11 attacks as well, were a product of Saddam Hussein's Iraq. Osama bin Laden was simply a front man for the terrorism that occurred in autumn of last year, and probably all the other major acts of terror blamed on al Qaeda thus far. Ultimately, what is happening here is really Saddam's Revenge...
The following is an excerpt from a recent email correspondence I had with Laurie Mylroie concerning the Anthrax mailings, author of THE WAR AGAINST AMERICA -

Laurie: You're right--but the block letters (on the Anthrax letters and envelopes) are meant to disguise. Ramzi Yousef wrote like that too. But it wasn't him--he's in jail. A little later... JP: Iraq likely wouldn't want to hand out weapons-grade Anthrax to too many operatives here in the U.S. and most likely only would provide such a bioweapon to individuals Baghdad could trust who had the proper training to use Anthrax discretely for terrorism. First off, let it be clear that whoever manufactured the Anthrax mailings knew what they were doing. Working with super lethal Anthrax spores in a manner that does not lead to personal exposure or contamination of an area is no simple task....it would likely require the hands of an experienced microbiologist, and likely one that had received the Anthrax vaccine recently. Secondly, as a recent FBI profile notes: "The perpetrator successfully covered every personal trace when he prepared and mailed the letters, which suggests that he had forensic training or experience."
Given the expertise that went into manufacturing the Anthrax-tainted mailings, the rather child-like writing used is a clue in and of itself. Clearly the culprit would have had a substantial educational background....so why the poor, childish penmanship? Was this simply to make the envelopes look like a child's letter so it'd appear innocent and more likely be opened? Or was there more to the logic of using such handwriting (which was used in the letters as well even though at that point the message clearly was from no child).
Dr. Mylroie notes above that the "block lettering" used on the letters and envelopes for the Anthrax mailings was similar in style to what was used by Ramzi Yousef, the Iraqi intelligence agent who masterminded the '93 World Trade Center bombing and Saddam's first attempt to destroy the great symbols of Western capitalism. As she put it, "block letters are meant to disguise" the indiviual's handwriting. Since Ramzi Yousef used such a handwriting technique, and it is clearly revealed in Mylroie's book that Yousef is an Iraqi intelligence agent, the fact that block letters were used on the Anthrax envelopes and letters suggests whoever was behind the bioterror may have been trained by Iraqi intelligence.
As explained in my other posts, there is reason to believe that a New Jersey-based Iraqi-American microbiologist with the alias "Waly Samar", who is brought to light in Laurie Mylroie's book, may be an Iraqi intelligence agent involved with the Anthrax mailings. As evidenced by the phone logs for the New Jersey apartment where the WTC bomb plot was hatched, "Waly Samar" worked integrally with the Iraqi masterminds beind the '93 World Trade Center bombing, Ramzi Yousef and Abdul Yasin. Ramzi Yousef was eventually arrested and computer files of his were discovered that contained information on bold terrorist plots, including a plan to hijack jetliners and crash them into symbolic U.S. buildings like the CIA headquarters in Virginia. (The so-called Project Bojinka is, of course, a profound piece of circumstantial evidence indicating Saddam Hussein (who Ramzi Yousef truly worked for), NOT Osama bin Laden, was ultimately behind 9-11, something which Iraq seemingly admitted in an official poem read on Iraqi TV not long ago).
While examining the Anthrax envelopes, I noticed something rather interesting.
The same, apparently prestamped envelope was used for each of the Anthrax-laced letters. The stamp on each of the envelopes is of an eagle-like figure that looked familiar to me. In fact, I seemed to recall seeing it in association with Saddam Hussein's Iraq, so I visited the official Iraqi web site to see what I could find.
Low and behold, right there on the homepage of the Iraqi Presidency, there was an image of the presidential seal for Saddam Hussein's regime that bears a strong resemblance to the stamp that appears on all of the envelopes used in the Anthrax mailings:
While it is simple to pass this off as just a simple coincidence, there is reason to believe the finding is significant.
Again, as noted above, the Anthrax letters were meticulously prepared by someone with strong training in microbiology and forensic science. Every detail was carefully thought out. Given this, the culprit must have been very attentive about what stamp would appear on the envelopes. If, indeed, the mailer was Iraqi agent, then it should come as no surprise that the mailer would choose a stamp that underhandedly signified who the Anthrax mailings truly came from. In this way, those guilty of the crime could take hidden pleasure in knowing the attack was symbolically by them against America. Each envelope bore a stamp similar in appearance to the official seal of the Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, for whom I believe the culprit worked. That Saddam Hussein's mark could effectively be on each of the Anthrax mailings and yet go unnoticed by U.S. intelligence would be a source of even greater pride for the true terrorist or terrorists behind the crime. Hence, there is reason to believe the stamps on the envelopes of the Anthrax mailings were meant to discretely represent Saddam Hussein, but the culprit did not expect U.S. intelligence to make the connection.
Finally, as noted above, the envelopes used to deliver the Anthrax-laced letters were prestamped....it's not a separate stamp that's attached to the envelope you see above. This also may be significant. In the trial of the terrorists involved in the '93 World Trade Center bombing, one of the conspirators was linked to the bombing from DNA evidence he left on a postage stamp. Thus, the Anthrax mailing culprit may have been intimately familiar with WTC bombing trial.
Notably, 'Waly Samar' was called in front of a Grand Jury during the investigation into 1993 attack on the World Trade Center. Given how the phone logs from the New Jersey "Conspirator's Den" linked Mr. Samar to the bombing and involved him in the subsequent investigation and prosecutions, there's reason to believe this individual is familiar with specific details from the trial that ultimately placed his co-conspirators in jail. Samar, or one of his associates, would know better than to use postage stamps that could be forensically traced. Of course, by seeking to circumvent the mistakes of terrorist associates that led to convictions in the WTC bombing trial, the Anthrax mailing culprit may have inadvertently exposed his close connection to the prior investigation and prosecutions.
ANTHRAX LETTERS CONTAINED QUOTE EMBLAZENED
ACROSS IRAQ'S FLAG IN SADDAM'S HANDWRITING
A final noteworthy feature of the Anthrax mailings that seems to link them to Iraq is that all of the letters ended in "ALLAH IS GREAT".
This is most interesting given that the same line, "ALLAH IS GREAT", is emblazened in Arabic script across Iraq's national flag. In fact, the script that appears is drawn from Saddam Hussein's own handwriting!
"ALLAH IS GREAT", written in Saddam's penmanship, was added to the Iraqi flag on January 13th, 1991...just days before Operation Desert Storm and the Gulf War began.
Were the Anthrax mailings a warning about the way in which Saddam eventually plans to wage 'The Mother of All Battles" against the United States? Will Saddam's Revenge ultimately take the form of devastating bioterrorism on U.S. soil?
While I don't know if U.S. intelligence has made the connections overviewed above, I have. Maybe there's a reason.
I also realize, unlike U.S. intelligence, that Saddam Hussein's Iraq is ultimately doing Moscow's bidding. Furthermore, the "Evil Empire" Saddam works for simply is not dead....it feigned it's own demise temporarily in order to get America and the Western powers to lower their guard and thereby open the way for a surprise third world war and the conquest of the Free World.
Since the West has been effectively deceived and the stage is now set for our military defeat if not outright annihilation, it may seem that there is no hope. Unfortunately for our foes, however, ultimate victory can not be achieved through lies and hate. All through history the way of truth and love has always won. A possible element of the recent Anthrax attacks that have occurred in the U.S. is a biotech firm in Boston, Massachusetts partially owned by the Osama bin Laden's family and the Saudi bin Mahfouz family that has been implicated in funding Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda terror network. This story was uncovered by "Freeper" Betty Jo and myself and then picked up and reported by the Boston Herald:
