SPIRIT OF TRUTH CENSORED FROM FREE REPUBLIC
December 13th, 2001
On December 13th, 2001, I was booted from the
Free Republic forum without warning and without
explanation. Three years of work in the threads of Free Republic are now gone. The final post that
apparently got me in trouble was the following:

Apparently the Free Republic forum is not concerned about freedom of speech and the spirit of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution!
Is the Free Republic web site and movement that claims to be fighting for American freedom and justice and the U.S. Constitution becoming the complete opposite? Whereas Jim Robinson and those running the conservative political forum purport to be anti-socialist, increasingly the site has become an American cyberversion of The Peoples Republic Of China where individuals who don't tout the party line become political dissidents, they're posts are completely censored and the individuals are permanently banned from what, with some 50,000 members, has become a virtual cybersociety. "Moderators", i.e., thought police, monitor what comments and posts are made by "Freepers", i.e., Free Republic party members, to make sure their ideas are acceptable and consistent with The Party View. Thinking out-of-line and open dissent invites repression by the ruling elite; criticisms of those running Free Republic and the current Republican Administration are a basis for banishment.
How, persay, is this about the struggle FOR American freedom and justice? If anything, what's happening in the Free Republic forum lately is more akin to a struggle AGAINST freedom and justice in America.
It strikes me that Free Republic has increasingly come to represent blatant hypocrisy...
hypocrisy: The practice of professing beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness.
The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states the
following:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of
religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and
to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
After being booted from the Free Republic forum, I rejoined under new identities to protest my being banned and having three years of my work in the forum wiped out without notice and without explanation. Needless to say, I was swiftly booted again and my postings erased. Anticipating this, I managed to save these posts and you can view them below:

Interestingly, on the third occassion of my rejoining and posting, when I tried to logon after being shutdown, the following message appeared:
"Your posting priveleges have been revoked....tin foil hatter..."
On the fourth occassion it said:
"Your posting priveleges have been revoked....Stay off Free Republic. Your theories are too nutty for me. Thanks, Jim..."
Thus, my posts were removed from Free Republic and I was banned from further posting because Mr. Robinson decided that my views are "too nutty" for his political forum.
The problem here is that the sane appear insane in an insane world....and believe me, our world is completely nuts.
The case I'm making is that the majority thinking and collective opinions in America today are too nutty, in fact literally insane, and, consequently, our Republic is imperiled as never before.
This nation has fallen from God's grace, it is completely out of touch with truth and reality, such that total destruction could soon result.
Is that really such a nutty idea? Is that really so difficult to comprehend?
It strikes me that people who rap themselves in the American Flag and claim to be defenders of the U.S. Constitution and American liberty who then unrepentantly violate others' freedom of speech and act totally contrary to the spirit of the First Amendment are self-deluded hypocrites. What's more, by silencing individuals like me who are seeking to reveal the truth and make America face reality before it's too late, they directly contribute to the downfall of the Republic they claim to be defending.
