More specifically, starting immediately after the solar eclipse on August 1st, fighting erupted between Georgian troops and South Ossetian forces that led up to Russia's invasion a week later. Below is the timeline of events according to Wikipedia:
August 1 - Late evening, intense fighting began between Georgian troops and the forces of South Ossetia. Georgia claimed that South Ossetian separatists had shelled Georgian villages in violation of a ceasefire. South Ossetia denied provoking the conflict.
August 2 - South Ossetians started to evacuate into Russia.
August 5 - Russian ambassador Yuri Popov warned that Russia would intervene if conflict erupted. Dmitry Medoyev, a South Ossetian presidential envoy, declared in Moscow: "Volunteers are arriving already, primarily from North Ossetia" in South Ossetia.
August 7 - President Mikheil Saakashvili ordered Georgian troops to cease fire.
Despite the declared ceasefire, fighting intensified. Hours after the declaration of the ceasefire, in a televised address, Mikheil Saakashvili vowed to restore Tbilisi's control over what he called the "criminal regime" in South Ossetia and Abkhazia and reinforce order.
During the night and early morning, Georgia launched a military offensive to surround and capture the capital of separatist Republic of South Ossetia , Tskhinvali thus breaking the terms of the 1992 ceasefire and crossing into the security zone established therein. The heavy shelling, which included Georgian rockets being fired into South Ossetia, left parts of the capital city in ruins, causing a humanitarian crisis which Russian government sources claimed amounted to genocide.
August 8 - In the morning, Georgia announced that it had surrounded the city and captured eight South Ossetian villages. An independent Georgian TV station announced that Georgian military took control of the city.
Russia sent troops across the Georgian border, into South Ossetia. In five days of fighting, the Russian forces captured the regional capital Tskhinvali, pushed back Georgian troops, and largely destroyed Georgia's military infrastructure.
I believe what has occurred in Georgia in this month is but the latest example of a major historical development concerning Russia that, more likely than not, was intentionally timed according to astrology....a phenomenon this author has been pointing out for more than a decade.
Notably, the military action against South Ossetia ordered by Georgian President Saakashvili was ruthless in character and therefore ideally provocative to justify Russian intervention. First off, the attack on August 7th came right after Saakashvili declared a ceasefire. Secondly, the initial assault involved a massive barrage on the South Ossetian capital of Tskhinvali with Grad missiles, which are intended for destroying troop concentrations, not civilian-populated villages:
So why did the Georgian President order such a brazenly provocative attack on South Ossetia that provoked a war with Russia?
There is reason to suspect that Georgian President Mikheil (Misha) Saakashvili works for Russia's intelligence services and, in the wake of the solar eclipse, he ordered an attack on South Ossetia to create a pretext for a staged conflict with Russia per Kremlin instructions:
All of the actors in this red-scripted drama are "ex"-cadres of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, graduates of the Soviet Komsomol, proteges of some communist official, or "ex"-KGB or "ex"-GRU types. This includes South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity, Abkhazian President Sergei Bagapsh, Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, and Russian "President" Dmitry Medvedev. In June Kokoity attended a low-profile meeting in North Ossetia with Communist Party of the Russian Federation Chairman Gennady Zyuagnov, whom we consider to be one of the powers behind the throne in "post"-communist Russia. According to Georgian dissident Irakli Kakabadze, "pro"-Western Saakashvili is a long-time KGB agent, while it is more commonly known that his political career was jumpstarted under the auspices of former Georgian Communist Party boss and Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze. - Once Upon A Time In The West
1. Misha Saakashvili graduated high school in 1984. Immediately he was sent to the elite KGB foreign service school in Kiev (together with his friend Gela Bezhuashvili). There were very few young students able to get to this institution. But somehow Saakashvili not just studied there but successfully graduated from this school.
2. After his undergraduate studies, Saakashvili continued his KGB career and served in the elite KGB Border Guard Troops, that were created by Mr. Beria, when he chaired the famous NKVD. In the end of 1980s, when many of were fighting the Soviet KGB for the liberation movement, Mr. Saakashvili served the Soviet system in its worst way.
3. Under the patronage of the Soviet KGB, Mr. Saakashvili learned different languages. No doubt he was a talented student of the Soviet Spy school.
4. Mr. Saakashvilis uncle, Mr. Temur Alasania, was a personal protege of the famous KGB chief and General Secretary of the CPSU, Yuri Andropov. Somehow, Mr. Alasania was also very successful in his "Soviet" diplomatic career.
5. After Mr. Saakashvili became president of Georgia, together with his famous "PR Drama against Russia", he allowed Russian businesses to dominate the Georgian economy. In fact, the majority of Georgian factories sold under Mr. Saakashvili's term went to Russian or Kazakh companies with very shady ties.
6. How is it that Mr. Saakashvili, who was ostensibly fighting against Russian aggression in August 2007, provided a Russian Company, "Industrial Investors", headed by Duma Member Generalov, all the Georgian gold reserves?
7. Former Defense Minister, Irakli Okruashvili, talked about heavy involvement of the President's uncle, Temur Alasania, and his cousin, Nick Alasania, in the illegal arms trade business. There are lots of people within the government who indicate that those connection also lead back to the Kremlin.
Jeff Nyquist, one of the most astute modern-day commentators on Russian strategic deception, also suspects Mikheil Saakashvili is not to be trusted by the West:
Last year (2003) an old Soviet functionary, President Eduard Shevardnadze, was fraudulently reelected in the Georgian Republic. Shevardnadze was subsequently forced out by angry demonstrations organized by Mikhail Saakashvili (a graduate of Kiev State University)." The giveaway is that Saakashvili was subsequently elected to the Georgian presidency by a majority of 97 percent. Western observers didn't think twice about this outcome, since Saakashvili sold himself as a Euro-friendly, English-speaking boy wonder. In reality, Saakashvili's democratic credentials are equivocal. He joined Shevardnadze's party in 1995, entering the former communist boss's inner circle. Five years later Saakashvili became Shevardnadze's Minister for Justice. On Sept. 5, 2001, Saakashvili resigned his post to lead a left-of-center opposition party, the United National Movement (UNM). Described by critics as a "power-hungry demagogue," Saakashvili's affection for Shevardnadze was unconcealed after the latter's abdication. That is to say, there was no revolution in Georgia – "velvet" or otherwise. It was merely a transition from an old apparatchik to a younger apparatchik, widening the gateway to Western trade and NATO or EU membership. - Jeff Nyquist, "Analyzing the Ukraine Crisis", 12/2/04
It was abundantly apparent before Georgia attacked South Ossetia that Russia had amassed forces in South Ossetia and Abkhazia and was likely looking for an excuse to invade:
Let's be clear: For all that US commentators and diplomats are still chattering about Russia's "response" to Georgia's actions, the Kremlin spent months planning and preparing this operation. Any soldier above the grade of private can tell you that there's absolutely no way Moscow could've launched this huge ground, air and sea offensive in an instantaneous "response" to alleged Georgian actions.
As I pointed out Saturday, even to get one armored brigade over the Caucasus Mountains required extensive preparations. Since then, Russia has sent in the equivalent of almost two divisions - not only in South Ossetia, the scene of the original fighting, but also in separatist Abkhazia on the Black Sea coast.
The Russians also managed to arrange the instant appearance of a squadron of warships to blockade Georgia. And they launched hundreds of air strikes against preplanned targets.
Every one of these things required careful preparations. In the words of one US officer, "Just to line up the airlift sorties would've taken weeks."
Georgian President Saakashvili has been bending over backwards in recent years to befriend the U.S. and join NATO. But has he done this sincerely or as part of luring the West into a dangerous trap?
PRESIDENT SAAKASHVILI: You know, regarding the -- I mean, I'm not intervening off the agenda, but one thing I have to tell you, in Georgia that I just sent over to President Bush the letters that Georgian freedom fighters sent seventy years ago, and it never made it to the White House. It was intercepted by KGB and all the people who wrote it were shot.
And how is it that Saakashvili got his hands on these letters intercepted by the KGB?
After the U.S. invaded Iraq in 2003, an internationally unpopular war, some 2,000 Georgian troops were sent to fight alongside the U.S. (a huge portion of Georgia's 15,000 man standing army) - the third largest contingent of forces from any nation in Iraq after the U.S. and U.K. Also, Saakashvili has been pushing hard for NATO membership since coming to power in January 2004. In July, Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice visited Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and met with top Georgian officials including President Saakashvili affirming U.S. support for the nation. Soon thereafter, more than 1,000 U.S. troops went to Georgia for a two-week joint military training program. This exercise ended just days before war erupted.
Thus, when Georgian President Saakasvili ordered the massive attack on South Ossetia the night of August 7th, a move that would clearly would provoke a major Russian military response, he did so just after cementing his military relationship with the U.S. The logical explanation as to why he made such a seemingly reckless, self-destructive move against South Ossetia is that he did so at the Kremlin's behest as part of a plan to lure the West into a confrontation with Russia.
...the whole of the Georgia scenario of provocation, invasion, domination and now negotiation is under the control of the infamous GRU, Russian military intelligence (the GRU's actual batman insignia, left). This whole opera is a GRU script, from the so-called Georgia aggression in South Ossetia to the so-called ceasefire in which Russia continues to attack, to the peace mission by Sarkozy that is burdened with non-sense clauses. It is the GRU pulling the strings. The Georgia government is totally penetrated, and the same is true for the South Ossetia leaders and the Abkhazian leaders. The GRU owns the secret war to conquer Georgia.
Recall that after the KGB coup of 1991, the Kremlin broke up the KGB into two....parts, the foreign ops SVR, and the domestic ops FSR. Meanwhile the GRU grew and grew; it numbers (in the) hundreds of thousands, and it has its own special operations units, the infamous Spesnatz, the fellows you can see hiking through the Georgia woods. At the same time, many (members) of the Georgian parliament, much of the Georgian (political) apparatus, (and) parts of the Georgian military are either GRU double-agents or hirelings.
Spoke with Cambridge lecturer Boris Volodarsky in England on Sunday 17 re the GRU and the invasion and occupation of Georgia. Importantly Mr. Volodarsky, a former GRU Spesnatz officer, conveyed that all aspects of the Georgia crisis are part of a script created in Moscow and approved by the GRU command and Vladimir Putin beforehand. All aspects. The GRU is a total special police and secret army and complete control organization of several hundred thousand, a sizeable faction of the Russian Army. And how did they do it? How did they get the South Ossetians, and then the Abkhazians, to follow the script from Moscow? With persuasion, or allegiance, or promises? No. With cash. Boris Volodarsky told me that a source reports that the Russians bought the obedience of the South Ossetian partisans with $800 million.
Actors
Translation: this means so-called territorial dispute between the Russian ethnics in South Ossetia and the Russian ethnics in Abkhazia is part of the script. The Georgian villages in both South Ossetia and Abkhazia were targetted by the GRU to provoke the Georgians, and when that whipped up the blood, the coup de main was a piece of light tragedy. The Russian ethnic victims are Kremlin hired actors. There are no Ossetians yearning to be under Russian rule: there are just men taking money for pretending. ... The so-called peace-keeping, with the Russians protecting the actors, was also a hired part of the script. Boris Volodarsky said that the violations of the ceasefire that took place over two days in early August were GRU operations on all sides – the Ossetian militia was hired, the Russian peacekeepers were hired and the Georgian army that crashed into the firefight with the Russian peacekeepers was hired. (The details of the firefight on the fog of war night of August 6/7 are just emerging, and it will be sometime before we have names, times, and explanations for the deaths of the Russian peacekeepers. It feels as if it was a false flag operation, with Russians pretending to be Ossetian guerillas or pretending to be Ossettian guerilla artillery men. The Ossetians-Russians, the Russians and the Georgians were all involved: the question is, who made the decisions, and when did Putin make the decision, in Beijing, to launch the Russian task force that had been on maneuvers across the border in North Ossetia since July?)
Another False Flag Operation
Boris Voldarsky told me that the GRU has penetrated all aspects of Georgian military and civil society, and this points to the clear impression that the Georgia Army advising the civilian leadership in Tbilisi, as well as the Ministry of Defense and the Cabinet, have been penetrated. This means that Saakashvili is totally monitored: every conversation, every mobile call, all his movements.
Given that Russia is intentionally stoking a military confrontation of some sort with the U.S. and NATO on its southern flank in a staged and highly deceptive manner, one must be very concerned about what comes next.
On this score, one might consider the seeming astrological significance of a lunar eclipse that occurred on August 16th which involved a Mars square with Pluto. This lunar eclipse was astrologically similar to the lunar eclipses with Mars-Pluto squares that occurred with Chernobyl in April 1986 and Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in August 1990.
In the Market Watch section of the July 16th, 1990 issue of 'Barron's', there is an excerpt from the newsletter of financial astrologer Arch Crawford. It reads in part:
"...Aug. 6 (Lunar Eclipse squares Mars + Pluto). Expect some major catastrophe on that last one, Aug. 2-7, as something explodes in a big way... Astronomically similar to the Chernobyl disaster..."
On August 2nd, Iraq invaded Kuwait precipitating the Persian Gulf crisis. As explained in my paper, The Persian Gulf Deception, Iraq most likely invaded Kuwait and precipitated the ongoing crisis in the Gulf at Moscow's behest. The general intent has been to establish the Arabs as symbolic victims of U.S.-Israel imperialism in order to create a pretext for lashing out at world 'Zionism' by striking Israel with chemical SCUD missiles which, in turn, will trigger a final, all-out East/West conflict as I've already foreseen.
Notably, in astrology, Mars is the planet that represents war and Pluto is the planet that represents nuclear energy (e.g., Pluto is the root of the word "Pluto"nium). Thus, a square, which is a hard or negative "aspect" between Mars and Pluto, seems to imply "NUCLEAR WAR".
Apparently, the implication of the August 16th lunar eclipse didn't go unnoticed at the Kremlin, and when it occurred Russia threatened Poland with a nuclear attack:
Russia threatened Poland with a nuclear strike yesterday as the ripples of the Caucasus conflict spread through Europe and pitched West against East along new borders.
In a chilling echo of the Cold War, Russia gave warning that Poland was “exposing itself to a strike — 100 per cent” after signing a deal with the US to set up a missile shield on Polish soil.
It is important to bear in mind that I believe Chernobyl was not an accident but rather a sick, intentionally timed "experiment" carried out by the Kremlin to garner knowledge useful for fighting and surviving a nuclear war. What's more, Iraq's invasion of Kuwait was ordered by Moscow as part of setting the stage for a nuclear third world war to start in the Middle East in a manner that appears to the fault of Israel and America, i.e., Zionist Imperialism. Lastly, NATO's encroachment on Russia's borders along with efforts to establish a missile defense system based in former Warsaw Pact nations further buttresses the case that Moscow is being pushed into a corner where it might be forced to lash out with thermonuclear force.
All in all, given the August 1st total solar eclipse over Russia and the more recent lunar eclipse with a Mars-Pluto square, the world is witnessing alarming historical developments toward a global nuclear war.
While one might dismiss the historical patterns overviewed here as shear coincidence, there
is reason to believe such a dismissal is foolhardy. As I have been warning about
for years, the evident connection between key astrological events and key historical
events suggests that people in positions of power in the Kremlin are intentionally shaping
world history according to the stars. If this is so, then their nefarious megalomaniacal
efforts are being revealed through these ongoing 'coincidences'. We best start
to take notice since the fate of humanity and the free world could be at stake.

Since Gorbachev's rise to power in Russia back in 1985, world history seems
to be unfolding according to astrology. While some may pass this off as mere
coincidence or because of the mystical power of the stars, there's reason to
believe there's more to the story than that. Indeed, one might conclude that
megalomaniacal leaders from the totalitarian powers of the East have been intentional
shaping history according to a multi-year plan guided by astrology....similar
to what Hitler did in planning his military campaigns in World War Two (see,
for instance, Wilhwelm T. Wulff's 'Zodiac & Swastika; How Astrology Guided
Hitler's Germany', 1973). I believe the ultimate end of the long-term plan unfolding
is revealed by the initial event that was clearly timed according to a related
symbolic astrological event: Chernobyl.
The world is being misled into a global nuclear war.
EVIDENCE OF KREMLIN ASTROLOGY

The following evening the Chernobyl disaster occurred in the Ukraine.
Notably this configuration involved the planet Pluto which is
supposed to represent explosive events and nuclear technology (e.g., "Pluto" is the
root of the world "pluto"nium).
The fact that the event was timed according to the stars is indicative of how
Chernobyl might
not have been an accident,
but rather a sick experiment to garner knowledge for fighting a future nuclear
war. Indeed, it is appropriate that this is the first significant historical
event following Mikhail Gorbachev's rise to power in Moscow in March 1985. The
"Chernobyl
Experiment" reveals that a global nuclear war is the ultimate objective
of a multi-year plan, timed according to astrology, that began to be implemented
by the Central Party of the Soviet Union under Gorbachev's leadership and continues
to unfold to this day.
Fire breaks out aboard the Soviet nuclear submarine K-219 in the Atlantic. Heroic
efforts by crew members prevent a reactor meltdown that could have contaminated
the East coast of the U.S. and Canada. The submarine sinks three days later.
Reagan-Gorbachev Summit in Reykjavik, Iceland collapses. The summit meeting
between President Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev collapsed after
the two leaders had tentatively agreed to sweeping reductions in nuclear arsenals
but deadlocked on the crucial issue of restricting the U.S. space-based missile
defense program widely known as "Star Wars".

Also, conjunction of Venus & Uranus and exact alignment of Pluto, Mercury and
the Sun.

in Capricorn (note: in astrology the Sun and Moon are considered planets).
January 15th, 1991 was the U.N.
deadline for Iraq to pull-out of Kuwait before the allied attack a day later-
the beginning of the Gulf War.
According to an ancient Babylonian prophecy, "when all the planets
meet in Capricorn the world will be destroyed by fire". In January of 1991,
there was a six-planet alignment in Capricorn, and Venus, Jupiter and Pluto
were heavily aspected in Capricorn and in tension with each other. Thus, from
the perspective of someone in Iraq and the site of ancient Babylon, their "world
was destroyed by fire" as forecast in this astrological prophecy (see Moira
Timms' 'Beyond Prophecies and Predictions', pp. 206 & 209).
Western military intervention in the former Yugoslavia was provoked again at
the behest of Moscow for strategic purposes. In particularly, NATO involvement
in the Balkans and military action against the Serbs stoked nationalist fervor
in Russia. This nationalist backlash serves the interests of those elements
in Moscow planning to fight an all-out war against the U.S. and Western allies.
The Soviet flag comes down and the Russian flag is raised over
the Kremlin as the Soviet Union is officially disbanded. Eleven of the
twelve former republics of the Soviet Union meet in Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan and
establish the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), thereby abolishing the
Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
A few days after this, on Christmas
day (?!), Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev resigned.
11. *June
30th, 1992: Solar eclipse of lunar/solar eclipse pair. This eclipse was
aligned with Venus, Uranus and Neptune and sextiled (60-degree angle) Mars and
Jupiter.
First U.N. forces arrive in Sarajevo as Western military intervention
in the former-Yugoslavia begins.
12. *February
28, 1993: Rare conjunction of Neptune & Uranus T-squared by Venus &
Jupiter. Saturn squares Pluto. (Neptune/Uranus conjunctions occur roughly every
200 years.).
The 1993 World Trade Center bombing was the beginning of increasingly brazen
terrorist attacks against U.S. interests including the bombing of a US training
mission for Saudi troops in Riyadh in 1995, the 1996 truck bombing of the al-Khobar
Towers military base, the 1998 African embassy bombings, the attack on the U.S.S.
Cole in 2000 and most recently the terrorist attacks on 9/11 of 2001 that resulted
in the total destruction of the World Trade Center towers as well as serious
damage to the Pentagon. These terrorist attacks have been attributed to Osama
bin Laden and the al Qaeda ('The Base') terrorist network. However, there is
reason to believe that Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda are a front for terrorist
attacks done at the behest of Iraq and/or Russia. While the link to Iraq can be
established, that Baghdad operates in collusion with Moscow is well hidden.
Nevertheless, this is the implication of my "Persian
Gulf Deception" hypothesis.
Why would Moscow make use of Iraq and al Qaeda to engage in terrorism against
U.S. interests? The answer has to do with the strategic potential of using rogue
states and loose-knit terrorist networks to
deliver weapons of mass destruction (like weaponized
Anthrax) rather than delivering them directly with Russian missiles and
planes since the latter would result in massive, direct Western retaliation.
In military parlance, the ability of a small power to debilitate and/or incapacitate
a large power using unconventional terrorist means is referred to as "asymmetric
warfare". The Soviets long ago realized
the value of asymmetric warfare and entered it into their Marxist-Leninist
military doctrine in the belief that conventional warfare may be unnecessary
and asymmetric techniques alone could potentially be used to defeat the capitalist
states worldwide. In this context, Moscow must have determined that they could
use puppet states and terrorist networks seemingly not associated with Russia
to unleash devastating asymmetric attacks against the Western powers using weapons
of mass destruction.

4th, 1993: Rare conjunction of Neptune & Uranus repeats (due to retrograde
motion of the planets) and is in grand trine with the Moon and Venus. Saturn
T-squares the Moon and Pluto..
Political chaos erupts in Moscow following Russian President Boris
Yeltsin's disbanding of the former-Soviet parliament.

13th, 1993: Alignment of Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars in Sagitarrius.
Saturn square Pluto.
Communists and Nationalists win the elections for a new Russian
parliament. Of particular surprise is the success of the "Liberal Democratic
Party" (?!) led by Hitler-like nationalist Vladimir
Zhirinovsky.
15. *January
12th, 1994: Seven-planet alignment in Capricorn (five planets and the sun
and moon). Tightest alignment of seven planets in 300 years.
U.S./Russia
summit at which the superpowers sign an agreement to no longer target each
other with nuclear weapons.
Alignment also coincides with increased Serb shelling of Sarajevo
and a NATO
summit meeting at which the Western allies agree to use force in the former-Yugoslavia.
Within a month the first NATO ultimatum was issued for the withdrawal of Serb
heavy weaponry from around a Sarajevan "safe-zone".
16. *November
18th, 1994: Lunar eclipse of solar/lunar eclipse pair. Eclipse is aligned
with Pluto and Jupiter, squares (90- degree angle) Mars and trines (120-degree
angle) Uranus and Neptune.
Croatian Serb warplanes bomb the U.N.-protected Bihac enclave
in violation of a NATO-enforced "no-fly zone". NATO responds by bombing Serb
positions. This is the first major use of military force against the Serbs by
NATO in the Balkan conflict and the first offensive military action ever taken
by NATO in the 45-year history of the Alliance.
17. *December

Serb forces began violent crackdown against Albanian rebels in
Kosovo, called the Kosovo Liberation Army, seeking independence for the 90%
Albanian population in the Yugoslavian province. The Serb crackdown is internationally
condemned since a civil war in Kosovo could spill-over into Albania and Macedonia
and thereby draw in other major powers like Greece and Turkey and set-off a
major regional war.

Serbia holds referendum and the population votes against international
mediation and/or intervention in Kosovo.
Major border conflict erupts with Albania leaving dozens dead from the Kosovo

Months prior to this astrological configuration, the AstroEcon

Around this date, Serb forces escalate their offensive against
the Kosovo Liberation Army including air-attacks and indiscriminate shelling
of Albanian villages. Dozens of innocent Albanians are killed and entire villages
are razed causing thousands of Albanian refugees to flee Kosovo for Albania
and Macedonia. Serbia is internationally condemned and accused of engaging in
ethnic cleansing like occurred in Bosnia during prior years.
In response to the new Serbian military aggression in Kosovo,
NATO ministers meet and order initmidating air-exercises in Albania and Macedonia
as well as accelerated contigency planning for NATO military intervention in
Kosovo in order to contain the escalating violence.
Simultaneous al Qaeda terrorist bombings destroy U.S. embassies
in Kenya and Tanzania killing 12 U.S. citizens and more than 200 Kenyans and
Tanzanians and wounded thousands more. The bombings were masterminded by Saudi
dissident Osama bin Laden, possibly at the behest of Saddam Hussein. Numerous
Iraqis were arrested in connection with the bombings and the terrorist attacks
occurred on the anniversary of when economic sanctions were imposed against
Iraq in 1990.
The day after the bombings, and within hours after the lunar eclipse,
Iraq announced that it would no longer cooperate with U.N. inspectors.

Going into the eclipse, the U.S. launches retaliatory missile
attacks against terrorist targets linked to Osama bin Laden in Sudan and Afghanistan.
Following a Serb massacre of dozens of Kosovo Albanians (timed
with the prior new moon squared by Mars and Saturn), NATO delivers Kosovo peace
talk ultimatum seeking to force the Serbia and Kosovo's Albanian rebels to forge
a peace agreement in a few weeks or face NATO air-strikes which are authorized
at this time.
Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic rejects a peace proposal presented
to him by the West that requires allowing NATO troops in Kosovo. Belgrade's
decision means NATO will bomb the Serbs into submission.
U.S. jetliners crashed into Twin Towers and Pentagon by terrorists
destroying the World Trade Center in New York City and causing thousands of
U.S. casualties. George Bush subsequently declares war on Osama bin Laden and
world terrorism.
On November 28th al Qaeda suicide bombers kill 12 people at an Israeli-owned
beach hotel in Kenya and two missiles narrowly miss an airliner carrying home
Israeli holidaymakers.
On May 12th, four explosions rock Riyadh, the Saudi capital, in an attack on compounds housing Americans, other Westerners and Saudis. Eight Americans are among the 34 people killed. Officials have linked the attacks to al-Qaeda and said the 15 attackers were Saudi.
On May 16th, 5 homicide bombings in Casablanca Morocco kill 41 and injure hundreds of others.

9th, 2003: Lunar eclipse squared by Neptune and in grand trine with Mars
and Saturn.
Al-Qaida terrorist suicide car bombing devastates Riyadh, Saudi Arabia housing
complex, killing at least 11 people and wounding more than 120.
On November 15th, between the Ramadan lunar and solar eclipses, Al Qaeda terrorists car bomb the Neve Shalom Synagogue and Beth Israel Synagogue in Istanbul, Turkey; 20 killed, hundreds wounded, included at least 36 children.
As his four-year trial at the United Nations tribunal comes to a close, Milosevic is found dead in his prison cell in The Hague on March 11th. His supporters insist he is a victim of foul play and was poisoned. The UN's chief prosecutor, Carla Del Ponte, suggests that Milosevic might have committed suicide to avoid a guilty verdict.

A preliminary autopsy performed by Dutch pathologists shows Milosevic died of a heart attack. A Dutch toxicologist who examined Milosevic's blood tests two weeks earlier says he was taking drugs to deliberately worsen his heart condition so that he could be transferred to Russia for treatment.

United Nations' International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague officially closes proceedings against Milosevic.

Armed provocations by South Ossetia start right after the solar eclipse. On August 7th, Georgia attacks Soth Ossetia and Russia, in turn, invades Georgia triggering the worst East/West military confrontation since the end of the Cold War. The conflict is clearly a result of Kremlin machinations.

have opened the way for a successful Russian
surprise attack against the West.
